I wish I could hug you and kiss you on the cheeks though I have a feeling that is not allowed!
So I will settle for sitting next to you by the river and watching the world and it's dog pass us by
Maybe we can meet in our dreams where I can a race up and down the shore
Light a camp fire to keep us warm and stare at the skies
Maybe read you a poem or two and we get to the one I wrote for you we can both have a cry!

when mum sent me a message and thought I had gone mad
We can both ponder what could have been if mum and dad hadn't had a fight
Will I use this as the cover for my book or the other one that turned in to a cover of many books and travelled the world via Amazon?
or will it be the one I made that resembled the the shoes I bought down the garden centre with mum?
