I think I’ll take a shower then with my hair I'll fight
put makeup on to fade the bags from all the sleepless nights
I’ll wear a floral pretty dress to cheer the gloomy sky
I’ll pick some apples out to peel and bake a yummy pie
I’ll put some happy music on and have a little dance
To celebrate we’re all ok, and will be in advance
It’s raining here and cooler now, I think I’ll tidy up
I’ll change the sheets, put clothes away, and do the washing up!
Conclusion:
Happiness is within and our Environment contributes to 10% of our success. Doing our 1234 is a great way to ensure we are not falling to the victimisation mindset. Doing positive affirmations and taking the Bull by the Horn (Finding the source of our unhappiness, doing something about it, safeguarding our boundaries also really helps) I do believe we must mind those energy levels. We can focus on the good or the not so positive.
When something gets to me, I take some quiet time and remember a nice time in my life. I then ask myself why did I feel like that? What can I do to cheer myself. It's a Mindset thing.
