What is it that you love doing?
It is a question many do not ask themselves. I personally like painting and writing. For a while I wrote on Facebook unil the app changed from text to mainly pictures. Then it became a depository for when I uploaded photos when my little one came along. I did not have time to paint as painting in oils was something that required hours devoted otherwise my paint would dry out on my pallet. So I started painting in words and I wrote poems. I turned my pain points to something beautiful. At first it was looking for works that rhymed. Some poems came easier to me than others. Prior to lock down, a puzzle that had troubled me for a while, was pieced together. The reality of 23 years that I had been in denial about, came tumbling down. What had I done unknowingly? I needed to qualify that. So in search of answers I began questioning love and entanglement. That was the first time I came across that term. My journey into why some relationships work and some did not . How some naturally happen and why some take hard work. It seems there are two types of relationships. Ones that are connections. Those give and take and then there are those who we need to apply ourselves to maintain in good stead. Communication is at the heart of the matter. Respect is also key if we want to make it last. Is linkedin somewhere I should be expressing myself? The answer to that is no. I have my website now. So from now on, I will be writing my thoughts there. You know where to find me.
